Oribe style

It was the playful spirit of Furuta Oribe. student of famous teamaster Rikyu, that accelerated the evolution of wabi. His invention style, presented by daringly distorted tea cups, was called hyogemono, meaning “playful” or “jesting” and triggered a new boom in the Way of Tea.
